About the role We are looking for a warm, organised and detail-oriented Philanthropy Support Coordinator to join our Marketing & Fundraising team in Christchurch. This permanent part-time role (20 hours per week) supports our Philanthropy Manager to deliver exceptional stewardship, administration and supporter care for our bequest and major donor programmes. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our donors and supporters receive outstanding care and recognition while helping strengthen long-term relationships that support children with cancer and their whānau. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple activities, maintaining high-quality data, and taking pride in delivering an exceptional supporter experience. What we are looking for You may be an experienced administrator, supporter care specialist, fundraising coordinator or customer service professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships and delivering excellent service. Skills & Experience At least two years' experience in administration, supporter care, donor care, customer service or fundraising coordination. Experience using CRM/database systems and maintaining accurate records. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Confident written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating events, meetings or stakeholder engagement activities would be advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. A commitment to confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism. The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
