Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys solving problems, working with financial data, and ensuring things are accurate? We're looking for a capable and dependable administrator to join our Custody team based in our offices in the Octagon. Custody plays a critical role in safeguarding our clients' investments. This is a varied position that combines reconciliations, investment pricing, investigation of discrepancies, and collaboration with teams across the business. Every day brings different challenges, making it an ideal role for someone who enjoys analytical work and takes pride in delivering accurate outcomes. The role As a Custody Administrator, you will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our custodial records by: reconciling client investment holdings. assisting with the pricing of investment assets. investigating and resolving reconciliation and pricing discrepancies. preparing custodial reporting for clients; and working closely with advisers and teams across the business to ensure client information remains accurate and up to date. This role requires someone who enjoys working with detail, is naturally curious, and is confident investigating issues to determine the correct outcome. Accuracy is essential, but so is the ability to think critically and solve problems. You'll be joining an experienced, supportive team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering excellent service to both our advisers and clients. What we are looking for To be successful, you will ideally bring: Previous administrative experience involving reconciliations, accounts, financial records, or detailed data processing. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Confidence working with figures and investigating discrepancies. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, along with sound knowledge of Word and Outlook. A methodical and organised approach to your work. The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work independently. Patience, consistency, and the ability to maintain concentration when completing detailed or repetitive tasks. Professionalism, discretion, honesty, and integrity. A collaborative approach and the ability to work well within an established team. Previous financial services experience or knowledge of financial and securities markets would be advantageous but is not essential. Who are we?
