R&D Lab Manager (Robotics & AI) | Buona Vista | $4000-$6000 #5252 Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-robotics test lab, including drones, quadrupeds, and humanoid robots Lead safety, regulatory compliance, and enforce SOPs for lab and field testing activities Manage lab setup, infrastructure, equipment inventory, and asset maintenance Coordinate field tests, logistics, transportation, permits, and overseas deployments Perform basic diagnostics, maintenance, and readiness checks on robotics equipment Work closely with engineering, safety, legal, facilities, and external regulatory stakeholders Provide operational leadership during field trials and ensure compliance with safety standards Monitor fleet readiness, operational risks, and report status to management Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Operations Management, Safety Management, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in robotics, drones, aerospace, R&D labs, or technical operations Experience managing safety compliance, field operations, or hardware-based projects Hands-on experience with drones, mobile robots, or similar technical equipment Familiar with Li-ion/LiPo batteries, workshop tools, and basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting Able to work independently in an on-site environment and lead operational activities Willing to support occasional early morning, late-night, or overseas field operations Experience with robotics lab setup, ROS/ROS2, international logistics, or Safety Management Systems (SMS) will be an added advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
