Job Description

The National Manager of ECE plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of The Salvation Army ECE services across the nation, overseeing operational aspects and providing guidanceto ensure ECE services align with our goals and objectives. This role is 12 monthsfixed-term /part time and hours worked will be 22.5 hours per week. The starting salary for this role will fall between $105,000 - $130,000 per annum pro- rata What will your responsibilities be Supporting the successful operations of our four early childhood education centres. (Auckland and Wellington) Line management of centre managers, on call support and guidance. Curriculum, pedagogical and licensing support. Child Protection concerns, incidents and injuries are adequately supported across services. Health and safety aspects of centre management are overseen and supported.
