About the Opportunity As a Graduate Consultant, you'll work on real client projects from the start of your career, building practical consulting experience across AI, business transformation, process improvement, organisational change and learning solutions. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll contribute to projects that help organisations solve complex challenges, improve the way they operate and achieve meaningful business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to develop expertise across multiple consulting disciplines while working on real-world challenges involving AI, organisational transformation, process improvement and capability development. From day one, you'll be trusted to contribute, learn quickly and take ownership of meaningful work as part of client-facing project teams. What you might be doing Supporting business transformation projects across a range of industries Mapping, analysing and improving business processes Contributing to the design and adoption of AI-enabled solutions Facilitating workshops and collaborating directly with client stakeholders Developing business documentation and knowledge resources Designing learning and capability development solutions Supporting change initiatives that help organisations successfully adopt new ways of working No two projects are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of clients, industries and challenges.
