Urgent Care Registered Nurse We are seeking an experienced and confident Registered Nurse to join our busy Urgent Care team in a fast-paced drop-in clinic environment. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives under pressure, enjoys variety in their day, and is passionate about delivering high-quality acute patient care. About the Role As part of our Urgent Care team, you will play a key role in assessing, prioritising, and treating patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions and injuries. You will be expected to work collaboratively with clinicians while maintaining the ability to make sound clinical decisions independently. Key responsibilities include: Triage and assessment of presenting patients Resuscitation and management of acutely unwell patients Assisting with urgent and acute presentations Casting and splinting fractures and injuries Suturing assistance and minor wound management Running wound review and follow-up clinics Supporting and assisting with in-house Telehealth services Providing efficient, compassionate, and patient-focused care in a high-volume setting About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ post-graduate experience Have strong acute assessment and clinical prioritisation skills Be confident working in a fast-paced environment where patient flow is dynamic Be calm under pressure and able to think quickly on your feet Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills Have a proactive and adaptable approach to patient care Preferred Experience Preference will be given to applicants with experience in: Emergency Departments Acute Care Settings Urgent Care Clinics Intensive Care Unit (ICU) environments What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team environment A varied and clinically rewarding role Ongoing professional development opportunities The opportunity to work in a modern, busy Urgent Care setting where no two days are the same If you are an experienced nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in Urgent Care, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
