Field Service Engineer

Job purpose Provide on-site technical support for equipment, helping keep systems running smoothly and customers confident in the service they receive. Key responsibilities Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and repairs of equipment. Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues in a practical and timely way. Work with customers to explain findings, progress, and any follow-up actions. Complete service records, job notes, and other basic documentation accurately. Follow site procedures and support safe, tidy, and efficient work practices. Skill requirements Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical work. Good communication skills for dealing with customers and team members. Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage changing priorities.
