Recruitment Studio – Auckland, North Island Move your design-focused retail career to the next level, industry leader Week on Wed to Sat; Week off Tues to Fri 10am – 4pm, Grafton + parking Outlet store – work with incredible brands, products – furniture & lighting About ECC Industry leader, continues to lead and evolve to meet lighting and design requirements Specialists in residential, office, commercial, retail, hospitality & street & urban projects Classic and contemporary products, representing the world’s leading brands & designers A family hands on business, in operation since 1909 Working in the popular and busy ECC Outlet store About the role Be one of the faces of the business to guide retail customers within the Outlet store Prepare accurate estimates for quotes to present to clients Prioritise that all correspondence is presented professionally Ensure showroom is presented to a high standard and products are displayed correctly Variety plus; general sales combined with social posting and website work Professional development, training provided for products, brand and relevant skills Support of experienced people in the business to ensure you succeed Part time hours; work life balance guaranteed Variety in your day, working with interesting and creative people Skills and Experience Strong broad generalist retail experience, ideally with some Ecommerce Ideally but not essential in a design product related industry Be a highly motivated individual with outstanding customer success experience Be professional and polished with your communication style Have a passion for design and beautiful products Focused on sales while maintaining strong customer service commitment We are committed to finding the best candidates for our recruiting roles and ensuring equity in associated remuneration and reward.
