We offer 5 weeks annual leave, free car parking, and an extra day off for your birthday! The Role This is a fixed-term role to February 2027 to cover for parental leave. Our Third Party Reproduction (TPR) team is a special group of team members who assist patients requiring extra help to help bring their dreams of a child closer to reality via donor sperm, donor egg, or surrogate. We are looking for TPR Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term, full time position . Based in our group support office in Remuera, this role is 40 hours per week (1 FTE) Monday to Friday with some flexibility in work start and end times. Key responsibilities Maintain accurate donor records and documents Respond to donor inquiries and provide information; often being the first port-of-call Schedule and change patient appointments Build positive professional relationships with all stakeholders Maintain patient privacy to the highest standards at all times Ideal candidate, skills and experience Previous experience working in an office environment Able to competently and confidently use MS Office Suite of tools Sound data entry skills and excellent attention to detail Interested and able to learn new software platforms, and the intricacies of the work of our organisation Comfortable taking and making phone calls is a must; speaking directly to and replying to client queries is a large part of the role.
