Ready to put your Class 2 licence to work in a role that's more than just driving? We're looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver Operator to join a busy specialist civil team based in Takanini. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive to customer sites before working alongside your team, operating specialist equipment used for jetting, vacuum loading, CCTV inspections and hydro excavation. You'll operate industry-leading equipment, assist with site set-up and pack-down, and help deliver essential underground infrastructure services across Auckland. This role suits someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, solving problems and contributing to a team. Key Responsibilities Drive a manual Class 2 truck safely to and from customer sites Operate jetting, vacuum loading, CCTV inspection and hydro excavation equipment Assist with site set-up, pack-down and general manual work Load, unload and transport equipment and materials safely Complete daily job paperwork and documentation Maintain high health and safety standards on every site Deliver professional service while working alongside customers and your team What We're Looking For Full NZ Class 2 manual driver's licence Current Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement – essential Manual transmission driving experience Physically fit and happy carrying out manual, hands-on work throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in a range of conditions Experience operating jetting, vacuum, CCTV or hydro excavation equipment is an advantage Site Safe, Confined Space or First Aid tickets are beneficial Reliable, safety-focused and a team player with a strong work ethic Work Conditions Monday to Friday roster Rostered Saturdays (approximately two per month) Night shift and occasional out-of-town work may be required Typical hours are approximately 6:30am–5:30pm , in line with NZ driver logbook requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
