As a Senior Learning & Capability Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that uplift capability across both technical and non-technical domains. This role will support the design and development of learning solutions to uplift capability across our customer facing teams using our lending platform. You’ll bring an end-to-end lens, from needs analysis through to design, delivery and evaluation, ensuring learning interventions are not only engaging, but drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll be a commercially minded learning professional who thrives on translating business needs into meaningful capability outcomes. Specifically, you will bring: Credit / lending knowledge and practical experience Credit / lending policy and process awareness Proven experience in learning needs analysis, solution design, and evaluation, with a strong focus on business impact Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to partner at all levels Experience working across end-to-end learning delivery, including project management and implementation A solid understanding of learning technologies and eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Vyond, SharePoint, Adobe suite) Experience in project management and/or human centred design and Agile delivery methods as applied to learning design and delivery Strong coaching, and communication skills and the ability to impart knowledge regarding L&D Methodologies The ability to mentor and uplift others within the learning community Te Mahi | What you'll be doing In this role, you will: Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design learning strategies that meet current and future needs Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide learning solutions, including digital and facilitated experiences Project manage learning initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to evaluation and reporting Maintain and continuously improve learning content, working closely with SMEs Drive innovation in learning through research, experimentation and continuous improvement Contribute to a high-performing learning community, sharing knowledge and uplifting team capability Ngā Mea Kia Whai Angitu Ahau? | Why join ASB?
