About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong front-end depth to help balance and grow capability in our Digital team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building clean, customer-focused digital experiences, but still enjoys working across the full stack when needed. You’ll join a collaborative development team where work is shared based on expertise, not silos. You’ll have the space to own your work, think through problems, bring solution options to the table, and work closely with others to deliver smart, reliable outcomes for our customers Key responsibilities: Build and improve digital experiences using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS , with confidence working across C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET8 and .NET Framework when needed. Bring strong front-end capability into a team that already has deep back-end strength, helping create a more balanced full stack development capability. Work across the full customer journey, delivering website features, CMS enhancements, integrations and policy servicing capabilities. Partner closely with Products Owners, Business Analysts and QA engineers to ensure requirement are well understood and solutions are practical, scalable and ready to deliver. Analyse problems independently, come prepared with solution options, and contribute to thoughtful technical discussions and design decisions with the wider team. Help maintain reliable, secure and well-managed applications through sound engineering practices CI/CD pipelines and change management control. Share knowledge generously, support others to grow, and help create a team culture where people learn from mistakes and keep improving. About you: You’ll be an experienced developer who brings strong front-end craft, full stack confidence, and a calm, accountable approach to solving problems. You enjoy being trusted to get on with the work, but you also know great outcomes come from staying connected with the people around you You have senior-level development experience, ideally around 10+ years, and strong capability across modern front-end and full stack technologies. You’re confident with React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS , and comfortable working with C#, ASP .NET MVC,.NET 8+ and Azure PaaS services . Experience with Sitecore or another CMS would be highly regarded. You take accountability for your work, work independently and don’t require close supervision. You enjoy working with Product owners, Business Analysts , QAs and other developers to shape practical solutions before code is written. You’re supportive, generous with your knowledge, enjoy mentoring others, and contribute positively to team success. You bring a positive mindset, are open to experimenting, and learn from mistakes rather than repeating them.
