Job Description

Our client is a local firm in Singapore. Location: Central Region of Singapore Job scopes Leads strategic communications and gallery operations to strengthen community leadership development across Singapore. This role creates meaningful impact by enhancing the institute's positioning as the Institute of Learning Excellence, driving awareness of its training programmes, and managing community gallery operations to foster greater community participation. The position supports the organisation's mission to build a caring and united Singapore through strategic communications and community engagement initiatives. What you will be working on Corporate Branding & Identity Strengthen corporate identity and positioning as the Institute of Learning Excellence. Manage external communications across all platforms in alignment with organisational objectives. Oversee the creation of corporate collateral including gifts for speakers and guests, marketing brochures, internal publications and corporate image materials. Digital Communications & Social Media Engagement Manage comprehensive communications plans that align with organisational goals and training priorities. Implement outreach initiatives across digital, print and social media platforms to maximise outreach, broaden visibility, expand reach and foster community engagement. Lead course promotions and cross-marketing efforts to increase grassroots and community volunteer training participation, while monitoring outreach effectiveness for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal departments to develop targeted communications plans for signature training programmes and events, ensuring consistent messaging and timely outreach across all social media platforms. Oversee annual marketing communications planning and budget management, providing regular updates for reporting purposes. Corporate Communications & Stakeholder Relations Plan and implement the roll-out of corporate communication initiatives, including course announcements, nomination notices, marketing materials and the quarterly training calendar. Oversee the preparation and timely release of media materials, including press releases, publicity kits, corporate presentations and event collateral. Manage campus tours and communications for official visits, strengthening stakeholder relationships. Publicity, Outreach & Gallery Operations Implement integrated publicity strategies and campaigns to promote communications and branding objectives. Provide strategic direction and supervise Visitor Experience Leads, ensuring pre-, during- and post-visit operations maintain high quality standards and visitor satisfaction. Oversee online public bookings and coordinate group visits and logistic requirements with key stakeholders and facilities management teams. Plan docent deployment and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for guided tours and visitor support during gallery operations. Monitor and evaluate visitor feedback, engagement data and campaign effectiveness to refine gallery strategies, strengthen outreach impact and enhance overall visitor experience. Lead innovative publicity approaches and fringe initiatives, leveraging partnerships and creative engagement methods to increase gallery visitorship. Requirements Minimum 3 years of working experience in the public sector and/or public communications environment, with some management/supervisory responsibilities. Well versed in marketing and digital communications. Gallery management/operations experience is an added advantage. Collaborative team player with strong leadership, interpersonal skills and a service-oriented, innovative mindset. Strong written and spoken communication skills. Good grasp of the training environment and training communications-related areas.
