As your skills develop, you'll gain a deeper understanding of production processes, troubleshooting machinery and maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Monitoring production and product quality Identifying and reporting faults or production issues Following Health & Safety procedures at all times Working closely with your team to achieve production targets Learning new machinery, systems and manufacturing processes What we're looking for We're not just looking for experience—we're looking for potential!!!
