Intermediate RMA Planner

There are plan changes, commercial and residential development, the exposure to these projects is ideal to develop a planner at the intermediate level. The Role Not only will you be working on a variety of projects, but you will also gain greater exposure to complex projects and client relationships, this role provides the platform to take the next step in your career as you will: Prepare Assessments of Environmental Effects (AEE), resource consent applications and contribute to private plan change requests. Build strong client relationships by providing practical planning advice and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with, and increasingly represent clients through, District Plan review processes, Notices of Requirement and emerging spatial planning initiatives. About You We're looking for an intermediate planner who brings strong technical capability, sound judgement and the confidence to manage a range of planning projects while working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders. To be successful in being offered this role you will have: Around 3 years' experience in RMA planning, with exposure to a range of resource consent and land development projects. A relevant NZ qualification in Resource Management Planning, Environmental Management or a related discipline recognised by NZPI.
