Job Description
Implement/Enhance C&B policies in alignment with various objectives, updating and communicating it with the company’s employees Consolidate payroll documents and perform verification before submission to HR Shared Services partner Check payroll reports generated by HR Shared Services partner before confirming for payroll release Raise cheque requisitions and prepare for cheque collection by new joiners/ leavers Processing of company’s payroll Central Provident Fund (CPF) and any other statutory contributions during each pay period Preparing payroll and finance reports for record-keeping/audit purposes Responsible for online submission of statutory claims i.e. Government-paid maternity leave/ Childcare Leave claims, Maternity Leave Claims, IR21 foreign employee tax clearance, and NS claims Reporting of employees’ individual income tax (Singapore) Coordinate and liaise with internal & external auditors on payroll audit matters Assist with payroll-related enquiries or issues Administer various benefits programs i.e. medical benefits, health screening, hospitalization & surgical insurance etc. Superuser of the Spot Award system, oversee the various awards within the system, review points assignment, and managing the e-voucher inventory Liaise with insurers on employees’ insurance matters Ensure benefits vendors are updated on staff movements i.e. joiners and leavers Verification and processing of invoices from benefits service providers Review existing benefits programs and propose renewal/introduction of new benefits programs/vendors Oversee the contract renewals with benefits vendors Identify and report any discrepancies / potential non-compliance in with regards to the company’s C&B practices and recommend solution to improve them. Advise on benefits-related enquiries or issues Responsible for maintaining HR information management system including management and HR analytics reporting Responsible for HRIS system/process enhancements Manage the roll out of new HRIS processes Perform simple trouble shooting on HRIS system and work with the Workday Support team to resolve system issues Lead the company’s year-end increment and bonus simulation, computation and distribution Work in tandem with business partnering team on annual manpower budget exercise i.e. on staff costs and benefits, etc Job Requirement: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications in Human Resource field At least 5 years of relevant working experience in processing payroll of at least 300 or more headcount, administering benefits and HRIS Experience in using SAP and Workday would be a plus Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and is IT savvy Proficient in working with data and is meticulous and pays attention to details A good team player, self-driven, and is operationally hands-on with good initiatives Ability to manage work under tight deadlines 1 year contract with full benefits + completion bonus (subject to renewal/conversion) All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
