A Little Bit About the Role… As a Cluster Manager , you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing store teams, and ensuring operational excellence across your cluster of Kathmandu stores. This role will also be responsible and situation in a key store of the region. Reporting to the National Retail Sales & Operations Manager, with regional support from the Regional Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life while delivering exceptional commercial and customer outcomes. You will: Drive sales growth and ensure stores meet or exceed financial and KPI targets. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve outstanding performance. Foster a strong customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service experiences. Analyse sales trends, performance data, and store opportunities to maximise profitability. Manage wage costs, expenses, and inventory performance in line with business objectives. Ensure stores consistently deliver high standards of visual merchandising and presentation. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members. Partner closely with Regional Managers, Visual Merchandising teams, and support office functions. Maintain operational excellence through strong stock management, roster planning, compliance, and store processes. What We’re Looking For… You’ll thrive in this role if you: A proven track record of delivering strong retail sales results. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Strong commercial acumen and confidence analysing sales and business performance. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. The ability to drive accountability while fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. Strong merchandising knowledge and an eye for outstanding store presentation. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. A genuine passion for customer experience and the Kathmandu brand. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
