What we are looking for: We’re seeking a passionate and professional Restaurant and Banqueting Manager to oversee our restaurant, bar, room service, and event operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who leads by example and is committed to both team success and outstanding guest experiences. Woking hours -Min 40 hours per week maximum Rostered 42.50 hours Full time role, 5 shifts per week 2.30pm-11pm Key Responsibilites: Deliver warm, personalised guest service across all food and beverage outlets Lead and mentor a team of food and beverage attendants and supervisors Manage operations, ensuring smooth service, well-presented venues, and proactive service standards Develop and manage rosters that meet business demands and labour cost targets Support team onboarding, ongoing training, and staff development Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction Skills, Experience and Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in a senior food and beverage supervisory or leadership role Current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain). Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills. Experience managing costs, rosters, and stock. High level of professionalism (including personal appearance), organisation, and attention to detail. Flexible and proactive, with a customer-first mindset. A sound knowledge of NZ wines, beers and cocktails. What's in it for you?
