About the Role Due to continued growth across our operations, we are adding to our Operations team and seeking a values-driven Care & Compliance Coordinator to join us. This is a hands‑on, people-focused role for someone who genuinely cares about others and is motivated to uphold high standards of welfare, safety, and compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting worker wellbeing, ensuring accommodation standards are met, and building trusting relationships across our workforce. This role also involves regular travel to other Thornhill sites, ensuring consistency in care, compliance, and support across our wider operations.
