About the Role Due to continued growth across our operations, we are adding to our Operations team and seeking a values-driven Care & Compliance Coordinator to join us. This is a hands‑on, people-focused role for someone who genuinely cares about others and is motivated to uphold high standards of welfare, safety, and compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting worker wellbeing, ensuring accommodation standards are met, and building trusting relationships across our workforce. This role also involves regular travel to other Thornhill sites, ensuring consistency in care, compliance, and support across our wider operations. Qualifications & Experience No prior experience required – full training provided Experience in horticulture, viticulture, pastoral care, or community-focused roles is an advantage Willingness and ability to travel between Thornhill sites as required, Hastings to CHB Key Responsibilities Support accommodation compliance by ensuring standards are met and respectful, safe living environments are maintained Conduct regular accommodation visits in line with ethical, fair, and people-first practices Assist team members with general enquiries, welfare matters, medical, personal, and work-related issues Support medical and bank visits with care, discretion, and professionalism Assist with operational tasks including vehicle checks, administration, dinner service, and inductions Support international worker arrivals and departures, including transport and orientation Build strong, positive relationships with workers, clients, and stakeholders based on trust and respect Travel to other Thornhill sites to provide consistent care, compliance, and operational support Key Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills A calm, respectful, and culturally aware approach Ability to work collaboratively and support others High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical behaviour Ability to juggle multiple priorities while remaining adaptable and composed What We Offer A meaningful role where you live The Thornhill Way and make a genuine difference in people’s lives Competitive pay and development opportunities within a growing organisation Rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday, including evening shifts A supportive, values‑led workplace that prioritises wellbeing, safety, and growth If you are a compassionate, reliable, and values-aligned individual who wants to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
