This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading automotive brands as part of a large and established dealer group. The role may suit someone currently working in the aftermarket parts industry who is looking to move into a franchise dealership environment, or an existing dealership Parts Advisor seeking their next opportunity. Key responsibilities Responding to parts enquiries accurately and efficiently Identifying and supplying the correct parts for our workshop and customers Pre-picking parts for scheduled workshop jobs Processing parts orders and invoices Assisting with retail and accessory enquiries Supporting parts ecommerce enquiries and order fulfilment Monitoring outstanding and back-ordered parts Maintaining accurate stock records and bin locations Supporting other team members and branches when required Completing relevant Ford and Mazda product training About you The successful applicant will: Have previous automotive parts experience Have a good understanding of parts identification and ordering processes Be reliable, organised and willing to continue learning Communicate confidently with technicians, customers and colleagues Have good computer and data-entry skills Be able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment Demonstrate strong attention to detail Work well as part of a team Hold a current New Zealand driver licence Experience within a franchise dealership would be advantageous; however, applicants from the aftermarket parts industry are encouraged to apply.
