About the Role This is a chance to lift HSW from solid operational delivery into a stronger strategic function. You will lead strategy, governance, assurance, critical risk and a small HSW team while staying connected to the work being done in the field. The role needs a practical HSW leader who can influence SLT and Board, support leaders and keep safety simple, useful and relevant. We are seeking candidates who have comparable high-risk experience to assist in our client’s journey. Duties Lead HSW strategy, roadmap and governance Lead and support a small HSW team Own critical risk, controls and assurance Provide Board, SLT and regulatory reporting Strengthen contractor HSW performance Skills and experience Senior HSW leadership in a high-risk setting Experience leading or mentoring HSW staff HSW strategy, systems and assurance experience Critical risk and incident governance capability Strong SLT, Board and operational influence Culture This is a connected and down-to-earth team.
