Te Puna Hauora o Te Raki Paewhenua is a Kaupapa Māori Health & Social Services provider based on the North Shore . We provide high quality, professional yet, accessible & affordable health care and support to whānau in the surrounding communities. Our integrated whānau led services includes GP Clinic, Tamariki Ora Team, Disease State Management Team, Community Support and Mental Health Teams, Whānau Ora, Pharmacy and Dental Clinic. We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic Resources Coordinator to effectively coordinate and manage organisational resources, including fleet, facilities, and health and safety. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with organisational Health and Safety policies and procedures, while promoting a positive health and safety culture and maintaining a safe working environment. The successful applicant must be prepared to gain a good understanding of the Kaupapa & policies of Te Puna Hauora while always respecting the rights of whānau. Communication & organisational skills are essential, and you must have the ability to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of people. Thefollowingqualificationsareconsideredimportanttotheeffectiveexecutionoftherole: Thefollowingexperienceisrequiredfortheeffectiveexecutionofthisrole: Experience in fleet management H&S legislation knowledge and compliance Strongorganisational, problem solving and communication skills. Ability to speak Te Reo would be an advantage Ability to build relationships with whānau,kaimahi, and external parties. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
