Two Client Operations Team Leader positions are now available as the leadership team expands to meet increasing client volumes. A new CRM and client communications platform is on the horizon, set to introduce AI-enabled workflows and reshape how Client Services operates. About the Role | Mō te Tūranga Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you'll lead a team of approximately six Associates responsible for the accurate and timely processing of KiwiSaver and Investment Fund transactions. You'll work alongside a second Team Leader and contribute to service performance, operational improvements and strategic initiatives across the broader Client Services function. Your day-to-day will include: Leading, coaching and developing your team through performance management, development planning and meaningful delegation Managing workflow, transaction volumes, service levels and operational risk Acting as an escalation point for complex client matters, complaints and AML/CFT issues Contributing to the implementation of a new CRM platform and redesigning processes for greater efficiency and client experience Proven experience leading and developing teams in financial services Strong understanding of high-volume transactional workflows Good working knowledge of AML/CFT compliance obligations #J-18808-Ljbffr
