About the role We are looking for a full time Registered Nurse to join our care team in Glenfield. As a Registered Nurse you will have the opportunity to practice at full-scope with a nurse led service. Your clinical expertise and judgment will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to our residents. You will coordinate daily care needs, inspire others, and build strong connections and relationships with our residents and their families. What you'll be doing: Coordinating the daily care needs of our residents Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions but individually and collaboratively Making critical decisions about resident care Providing leadership to our care team What you'll bring: A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate A current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council The ability to coach and lead care staff Great people skills with empathy for residents and their families Strong communication skills to build rapport with all stakeholders interRai experience is preferred but not essential As we operate on rosters you may be expected to work on the weekends or nights #J-18808-Ljbffr
