About the Role We are looking for a motivated Compliance Trimmer to join our busy workshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to meet compliance requirements and ensuring they are ready for inspection. You will work in a fast-paced environment where quality, efficiency, and teamwork are essential. Duties will include Perform vehicle compliance work in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Carry out minor repairs and replace worn or defective components where required. Complete job records accurately and maintain required documentation. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area. Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health & Safety requirements. Report any vehicle, equipment, or premises damage promptly. Work collaboratively with the workshop team and perform other duties as reasonably requested. To be successful in this position, our ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in an automotive workshop, particularly in vehicle compliance is preferred. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop. Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Professional approach Calm and accurate Ability to work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Hours of Work 45 hours per week , from Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm. An employee may be required to work on weekend and up to 52 hours per week.
