Be part of a New Zealand manufacturer producing high-quality geosynthetic products for construction and infrastructure projects. Based in Rolleston - we're seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to support production operations. Role includes managing the daily operations of the site, forklift operation, manufacturing concrete blocks, heavy physical labouring with power tool use and general warehousing duties. Hours: 7.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday. Pay rate: $25.00-$30.00p/h (depending on experience) Applicants need: Current Forklift OSH certificate & F endorsement - with at least 1 years' operating experience Own reliable transport Strong organisation and leadership skills To be fit and capable of heavy lifting and physical labouring Daily duties will include: Managing daily operations of the site Manufacturing block retaining systems Splitting concrete moulds - use of power tools and sledgehammer Loading/unloading trucks Sweeping, cleaning and general site tidying General labouring as required Benefits include: Earn $25-$30p/h + (depending on experience) with consistent day shift hours Permanent job opportunity for the right candidate We will only accept applicants who are currently residing in New Zealand with the appropriate work or residency visa.
