As a Registered Nurse (Aged Care) with experience in this field, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents in Timaru. A casual position offering flexibility whilst offering a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You must be already living and working in NZ, and hold a current open work visa/residency or NZ citizen. What you’ll be doing Delivering comprehensive individualized nursing care to our aged care residents Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care plans Familiar with InterRai and HCSL Administering medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures, Syringe driver competency. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic wellbeing of our residents Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents and their families Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation What we’re looking for Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand Current APC Prior NZ, RN experience, Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures in aged care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct #J-18808-Ljbffr
