In this role, you'll help ensure Lake Hood continues to thrive as a place where people can live, play and connect. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, practical delivery and relationship management in a role that truly matters. What you'll be doing: You'll lead environmental and infrastructure projects while working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, long-term outcomes. Lead projects from planning through to successful delivery. Keep programmes on track by managing budgets, timelines and risks. Build trusted relationships with contractors, consultants, elected members, iwi and the community. Provide strategic oversight to support the long-term management of Lake Hood. Manage procurement and contracts to deliver quality outcomes and value for money. Champion a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture. What you'll bring: A relevant tertiary qualification. At least five years' experience leading complex projects. Strong project, procurement and contract management experience. A sound understanding of relevant legislation, standards and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong commercial and financial management capability. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and the confidence to navigate complexity. What's in it for you?
