The Y North is seeking a motivated and experienced People & Culture Advisor to support leaders across The Y North, focusing on proactive, people-centred advisory work to enhance the employee experience and culture. Reporting to the P&C Manager, you’ll manage lifecycle documentation and delivery of BAU P&C services.
