About the role |Mōtetūranga This is a role where people and detail come together. You’llspend your days supporting customers through important life decisions — helping them put Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney in place, and making sure they clearly understand their options. No two days are the same. One momentyou’llbe having a thoughtful conversation with a customer, the nextyou’llbe working behind the scenes to ensure everything is documented correctly and completed to a high standard. You’llmanage your own pipeline of work, balancing customer care with performance targets.It’sa role that requires focus, organisation, and the ability to keep multiple tasks moving at once. You’llwork independently, taking ownership of your workload and making sure every interaction and outcome is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. In this role, you will: Lead Wills and EPA conversations, guiding customers in a clear and empathetic way Manage a busy pipeline of work, balancing customer needs with performance targets Prepareaccuratedocumentation and follow structured processes to ensure quality and compliance About you | Ngā kōrero mōu If you enjoy working with people and naturally build trust through clear, honest conversations,you’llfeel at home in this role.
