About the Role

\n
• \n

  Operate a W&H Miraflex 8-colour wide web flexographic printing press , producing quality printed products on flexible film substrates

\n
• \n

  Work as part of a skilled production team alongside experienced printers, print assistants, and dedicated mount-up operators

\n
• \n

  Ensure high standards of print quality, efficiency, and production output

\n
• \n

  Contribute to a positive, team-focused production environment

\n

About You

You will ideally have:

\n
• \n

  Previous experience operating a wide web flexographic printing press

\n
• \n

  Experience printing onto flexible film substrates

\n
• \n

  Strong understanding of print quality, colour, registration, and troubleshooting

\n
• \n

  A safety-first mindset and excellent attention to detail

\n
• \n

  A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork

\n
• \n

  Good communication skills

\n
• \n

  Physically fit and comfortable safely lifting up to 25kg

\n
• \n

  Ability to commit to a permanent night shift roster

\n
