Job Description Join the Team Behind Essential Hospital Services Alsco Uniforms is seeking a motivated and customer-focused On-Site Hospital Service Delivery Person to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Dunedin Hospital. This is more than a delivery role. As the key link between Dunedin Hospital and the Alsco Uniforms plant, you will ensure the timely delivery and management of textiles and uniforms that are critical to healthcare operations. You will be based on-site within the hospital environment, building strong relationships with hospital staff while delivering the exceptional service Alsco Uniforms is known for. With the opening of the new outpatient building, this is an exciting opportunity to help us expand and embed our high standards of service across a growing healthcare facility. You're a reliable and energetic individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You're physically fit, organised, and thrive in a hands-on role where you can take ownership of your route and build great customer relationships. Full training is provided, all successful candidates must complete pre-employment checks. Delivering and managing textiles and uniforms throughout Dunedin Hospital Maintaining a strict delivery schedule and ensuring service commitments are met every day Building strong relationships with hospital staff and identifying opportunities to expand our service offering Acting as the key communication link between the hospital and the Alsco Uniforms production plant Supporting the implementation and growth of services within the new outpatient building Providing exceptional customer service and resolving service requests efficiently Identifying upselling opportunities and contributing to business growth Alsco Uniforms NZ are committed to Diversity,Equityand Inclusion.
