Hyperbolic fitness ltd – Islington, South Island We're looking for a motivated, confident, and people-focused Receptionist to be the face of Hyperbolic Fitness. Key responsibilities Greeting members and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude. Signing up new members and explaining membership options. Following up with membership enquiries and leads via phone, email, and social media. Calling prospective members to book tours and appointments. Debt collection and following up overdue membership payments. Assisting members with account enquiries, membership changes, and general support. Maintaining accurate member records within our management system. Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming. Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Supporting gym promotions, events, and marketing campaigns. About you Excellent communication and customer service skills. Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Previous reception, administration, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
