TTM Development Manager

Lead TTM Assurance and Capability at HEB HEB Construction is seeking an experienced TTM Development Manager to lead our national assurance, competency, and continuous improvement programme. This is a key leadership role responsible for lifting standards, improving performance, and driving consistency across our Temporary Traffic Management operations. What You'll Do Lead HEB's national TTM assurance and audit programme. Drive compliance with NZGTTM, HEB standards, and critical controls. Provide leadership on risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Oversee competency assurance and capability development initiatives. Partner with planning, delivery, and operational leaders to improve outcomes across the business. Champion a strong culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. What You'll Bring Extensive experience in Temporary Traffic Management. Strong working knowledge of NZGTTM. Proven leadership experience in assurance, auditing, compliance, or risk management. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Experience driving organisational improvement and change. Ability to travel nationally as required. Why HEB?
