Company laptop Online learning platform Discounted health insurance Partnership discounts with selected brands including Samsung and 2Degrees As our Group Systems Accountant, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing our finance systems to support accurate reporting, efficient processes and informed business decision-making. Working closely with Finance, Payroll, ICT and operational teams, you'll lead system improvements, drive automation opportunities and help deliver finance transformation initiatives across the Group. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday and can be based in either Auckland or Wellington Responsibilities: Improve and optimise our finance systems to support efficient processes and quality reporting. Work with Finance, Payroll, ICT and operational teams to deliver system enhancements and automation. Support system upgrades, improvements and change initiatives. Manage integrations between finance and business systems, ensuring reliable data flows. Build and maintain reports, dashboards and financial insights. Ensure strong data quality, governance and system controls. Provide systems support and help drive finance transformation projects. Experience in a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems or ERP-focused role Strong understanding of accounting processes, reporting and controls. TechnologyOne experience is an advantage. Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
