About the Role: This is a leadership position overseeing client support teams across two distinct brands. It's a new role that combines people leadership with operational excellence, giving you real influence over team culture, service standards and business performance. Your day-to-day will include: Coaching, developing and performance managing a growing team of direct reports Monitoring KPIs, compliance reporting and service delivery standards Acting as the escalation point for complex customer and operational matters Leading your team through a meaningful new system implementation Contributing to process improvement work alongside an experienced operational leader Pausing and seeing the big picture for what it is - then acting on the priorities What's In It For You: Our client takes care of their people. About You: You're a proven team leader from a customer-facing, regulated or process-driven environment, ideally insurance or financial services — with a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for developing people.
