Parts Team Leader

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Parts Team Leader at our head office site in Hamilton. This is an important, busy role within the business and you will be working closely with other branches, the workshop, sales and directly with customers. The role is critical to delivering the Webbline customer experience and requires focus on financials, continuous improvement and operations. Your responsibilities will include: Deliver exceptional customer service, advice and support to parts customers Ensure the workshop receives accurate and timely parts support Take ownership of department KPIs, targets and performance Manage suppliers, purchasing, inventory records and stock control Conduct regular stock reviews and cycle counts Identify and recommend operational and customer service improvements Our business hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and the role will require flexibility with hours during the busiest times of year. About You A can-do, proactiveand customer focused style are the key skills for this role. Relevant experience in agricultural, automotive or heavy equipment will be very useful, but work ethic and attitude are most important at Webbline. This is role is always busy and you should be confident multi tasking, prioritising and problem solving. You will be talking with customers at the counter every day and you will need strong communication skills.
