The Role We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Contract Manager to oversee a key operation that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While this is a 40-hour role primarily worked Monday to Friday, flexibility is essential to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of services across all shifts. You will lead and support a diverse team working varied rosters, and be available to respond to out-of-hours queries or issues from both team members and clients when required. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing day-to-day contract operations to ensure service delivery meets expectations Leading, coaching, and supporting staff across multiple shift patterns Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact Monitoring performance, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvement Managing rosters and ensuring adequate staffing across all operational hours Responding to out-of-hours calls from team members and clients as needed Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Supporting a positive, safe, and productive team environment About You Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within operations or facilities services Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across varied shifts Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands Flexible and responsive, with a willingness to support a 24/7 operation when required Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Able to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively Committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement Confident using systems and reporting tools relevant to operational management This role is subject to pre-employment checks and may require a clean criminal record.
