Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, property owners, and other key stakeholders. Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and tender submissions to secure new construction projects. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and project handover. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, company website, print media, and industry publications to enhance brand awareness. Collaborate closely with project managers and estimating teams to ensure accurate project costing, timely proposal preparation, and effective client communication. Lead negotiations with clients and key accounts to maximise profitability while maintaining long-term business relationships. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and ongoing client relationship management. Supervise and mentor sales and marketing team members, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture. Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with New Zealand industry standards, company policies, and relevant legislation. Skills and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Construction Management, or a related discipline; OR at least two years of relevant sales and marketing experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting sales data and market trends. Experience preparing tenders, quotations, and contract proposals is highly desirable.
