Sunflower Field NZ LTD – Hastings, North Island is seeking an onsite Manager for Summerville Rest Home in Hastings. This newly created, full-time role is 30 hours per week, Tue–Sat, 1:00–6:30 pm, with on-call availability. You'll lead daily operations, supervise staff across clinical and non-clinical areas, manage risk and quality improvements, and support HR activities such as recruitment and onboarding.
