We're early enough that you'll recognize your own fingerprints on the product, and small enough that you'll know every customer by name. The role You'll be our first customer-facing hire, which means you own the whole journey: an enquiry comes in, you demo Hoist over a video call, you onboard the workshop that signs up, and you're the person they call when something isn't working. Follow up inbound enquiries and run online product demos Onboard new workshops and check in regularly so they actually get value out of Hoist Handle first-line support by phone and email, and triage bugs for the dev team Bring what you're hearing back to us, so the roadmap reflects what customers actually need Keep the CRM tidy and build out our knowledge base as you go We're a small team, so things won't always stay in their lanes. Some weeks that might mean writing a help article, testing a new feature before it ships, or sitting in on a roadmap discussion. You’ll do well here if you Pick up new software quickly and enjoy explaining it to people who don't Write and speak clearly. A good chunk of this job is a well-worded email Are comfortable presenting over a video call Organise yourself without being chased Like solving problems more than following scripts Helpful but not required: experience in customer success, support, sales, SaaS, CRM tools, or the automotive trade.
