Contracts Manager

Role Purpose The Contracts Manager - Waikato is responsible for the leadership, performance, and growth of the client's Waikato operations. This role is focused on expanding the client's presence throughout the region by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, securing work, and delivering successful project outcomes. The Contracts Manager provides operational leadership, commercial oversight, and leads growth in the Waikato region, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards. A key measure of success in this role is the ability to grow revenue, develop long-term client partnerships, and establish the client as the contractor of choice across the Waikato region with a high performing team to deliver projects.
