We work across residential properties, schools, and retirement villages, providing high-quality repair, maintenance, tiling, waterproofing, and small building services. We are looking for an experienced and reliable tradesperson to join our team. This role will be predominantly focused on tiling work, with some small building, repair, and maintenance jobs as required. About the Role The main focus of this role will be tiling, including bathroom tiling, floor and wall tiling, splashbacks, tile repairs, and related preparation work. From time to time, the role may also include general building and maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, drywall patching, small plastering and painting jobs, trellis installs, leak investigation support, cladding repairs, decks, internal walls, and other small building works. This role would suit someone who is confident working independently, takes pride in their workmanship, and is comfortable working in occupied homes, schools, and retirement village environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out high-quality tiling work, including wall and floor tiling. Complete tile preparation, repairs, finishing, and related works. Assist with bathroom renovation and maintenance projects. Carry out small building and repair jobs when required. Complete minor plastering, painting, drywall patching, and general maintenance tasks as needed. Work across residential properties, schools, and retirement villages. Communicate clearly with the office, clients, and other trades. Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work area. Represent the company professionally on site. Requirements Strong tiling experience is essential. Previous experience in building repairs, maintenance, or multi-trade work is preferred. Own tools and appropriate trade vehicle. Clean police record. Fluent English. Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site. Good communication and customer service skills. Skills Preferred Wall and floor tiling. Bathroom tiling. Tile repairs and preparation. Waterproofing preparation experience. Drywall patching. Small plastering and painting. Small building jobs, such as decks, internal walls, repairs, and maintenance.
