Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods and costs Review repair estimates, quotes and supporting documentation Build strong relationships with repairers and internal stakeholders Negotiate fair, commercial and timely claim outcomes Manage a portfolio of motor claims from assessment through to resolution Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the claims proces What do you need? MITO Certificate III qualification as a Panel Beater or Automotive Spray Painter Minimum five years' post-apprenticeship trade experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident using computers and learning new systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment New Zealand citizenship or Australian working rights under the Trans-Tasman agreement This is more than just a new job - it's an opportunity to build a long-term career in one of Australia's strongest and most stable industries.
