Property Manager

Land Services HB Ltd – Havelock North, North Island We are after an enthusiastic candidate with experience looking after buildings and/or landscapes to help manage high-end property developments in the Tuki Tuki Valley. The applicant will be part of the Land Services team, providing general caretaking and landscaping services to the Black Barn portfolio of short-term rental lodges, and their surrounding landscapes. There will be 40 hours available per week. The usual hours of work will be Monday to Friday, and occasional rostered and on‑call weekend work. The successful applicant will be working on interior and exteriors of residential buildings, the grounds, and maintaining larger rural landscapes. The position will include, but not limited to the following duties: General grounds keeping such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, weed spraying, leaf blowing, and minor landscaping. Wider landscape maintenance such as weed‑eating, tree pruning, and planting. Basic house maintenance, including organising trade visits to fix any problems. The successful candidate must be physically fit, reliable, and friendly. You will be well organised and able to manage your own time and workload efficiently. Experience around the repairs and maintenance of buildings, and/or grounds keeping and landscaping will be viewed favourably. The work is located in the Tuki Tuki Valley outside of Havelock North, therefore the applicant must have reliable transport to be able to get there every day. A police check may be required, and a full NZ drivers licence is necessary. Applicants for this position should currently be in NZ, and have NZ residency, or a valid NZ work visa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
