Cultivate Recruitment – Auckland, North Island About the role Our client is a well-established insights and consulting business that partners with organisations across NZ and Australia to deliver strategic research and business insights. Known for their collaborative culture and high-quality work, they're seeking an organised administrator to join their Operations team and play a key role behind the scenes in supporting project delivery. Working across both the NZ and Australian teams, you'll become a key part of the Operations function, coordinating projects, supporting delivery teams and ensuring every project is set up for success. You’ll be responsible for: Setting up approved projects accurately within the project management system. Convert approved costings into project plans and system records. Raise purchase orders and maintain project documentation. Ensure project information and operational data is accurate and up to date. Support the review and clean‑up of existing projects within the system. Work across both the NZ and Australian project portfolios. Contribute to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Operations team. About you You're someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen. You don't wait to be told what's next - you anticipate it! You’ll bring Experience in project administration, operations support or coordination within a professional services or consultancy environment. Confidence using project, or resource management systems (e.g. Productive, Monday.com, Sage or similar). Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Experience raising purchase orders and maintaining project documentation or operational data. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Enjoys process‑driven work and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly. Experience within a research, consulting or project‑based business would be advantageous, but not essential.
