Reporting into the Workforce Planning and Analytics Lead, the Reporting Analyst will be responsible for responding to requests for people information, providing accurate, timely and fit for purpose data. This will include assisting with reporting, working with key stakeholders to understand their data requirements and producing meaningful insights. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and enhancements of core data sets. The salary range for this role is $90,039 - $110,047 based on experience. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme (9% contribution) with features like no mandatory employee contribution, optional life and income protection insurance. Wellington is the preferred location. About you | Mōu This role will suit someone who has experience with analysing multiple datasets and presenting findings in a digestible form. You will bring Knowledge using Snowflake, including data modelling and scripting using SQL Knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard design, data modelling, and visual storytelling Experience interrogating systems to find the correct information. Have the ability to discover what data is available and relevant. Experience working to tight timeframes. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Strong problem solving skills. Customer focused with the tenacity to get the job done.
