Marketing Automation Manager

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing automation, customer lifecycle and personalisation strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine technology, data and customer insights to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and growth. In this role you will: Develop and implement the marketing automation strategy aligned to business growth objectives. Plan & oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor website analytics & user experience, implementing improvements to enhance online visibility and user engagement. Provide key metrics for dashboards/activity reports as required to drive accountability, agility & improvement. 5+ years' experience in marketing automation, CRM, customer lifecycle marketing or marketing technology management roles Strong understanding of CRM, lead nurturing, customer engagement and retention strategies. Experience leveraging customer data, segmentation and behavioural insights to drive business performance. Experience managing marketing technology investments, platform vendors and agency partnerships.
