Senior Designer

Eve is a leading NZ-owned women’s wellness brand on a mission to erase the shame around taboo health topics like periods, hormones, and sexual and mental wellbeing. We’re growing fast and expanding globally, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Designer to help shape how Eve shows up across every customer touchpoint. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you’ll bring campaigns, content, products, and ideas to life through bold, engaging creative. You’ll also lead and mentor an Intermediate Designer, helping them grow while building a strong and collaborative design function. You’ll also lead and mentor an Intermediate Designer, helping them grow while building a strong and collaborative design function. What your day could look like: Evolving Eve’s visual identity as we grow globally and enter the next phase of our brand evolution Bringing bold campaign ideas to life, from first concept to final delivery Creating standout assets across digital, social, paid, print, retail and POS Leading both high quality and low-fi video production and editing (if this is an existing skill set, or if you have an interest in building skills in this space) Leading a packaging evolution project to keep the brand fresh and relevant Partnering with the marketing team to shape fresh creative ideas and visual direction Mentoring and empowering the Intermediate Designer to grow and do their best work By joining our team you can: Play a leading role in development and execution of the next phase of Eve's brand evolution Be part of a purpose-led brand changing the conversation around women’s health Help shape how Eve shows up in New Zealand, Australia, and beyond Grow your leadership skills while mentoring an Intermediate Designer Enjoy plenty of creative ownership, autonomy and room to grow This could be your perfect role if you have: Five or more years’ experience creating standout graphic and digital design A strong portfolio that shows your creative range across multiple channels Experience mentoring designers and helping great creative become even better Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator A knack for turning brand strategy and big campaign ideas into scroll-stopping creative A sharp eye for detail, strong creative instincts and a real feel for brand Confidence juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to share your ideas A genuine passion for wellness, beauty or brands with purposeSkills in video, animation, motion, photography or packaging would be a very welcome bonus We can’t wait to meet you!
