Halter is hiring Customer Experience Reps for our Auckland HQ to support farmers using our AI-enabled grazing platform. You’ll troubleshoot issues, learn the product deeply, and act as the glue between farmers and teams across engineering, product, and operations. We’re looking for curious, technically sharp people who can own customer outcomes from start to finish, including some overnight blocks paid at double time, with shifts that may be worked from home.
